My new album My Starry Eyes

…was created during a very special time. During the lockdowns, I had the opportunity to immerse myself deeply in my music and bring ideas to life that had been maturing within me for a long time. A scholarship from the Ministry of Culture and Science of North Rhine-Westphalia enabled the first studio recordings – ranging from joyful to melancholic, always full of soul.

Thanks to a successful crowdfunding campaign, I was able to realise the production together with 12 outstanding musicians and fulfil my dream of a rich, expansive sound. My Starry Eyes combines modern mainstream jazz with influences from gospel, funk and world music – sometimes delicately arranged, sometimes opulent with a big band sound.

Now the album is here – available as an LP, CD and digitally in high resolution. I invite you to immerse yourself in my world of sound.
